GOOGLE ADSENSE

Google Adsense is the placing of advertisements by the world's renowned Google Search Engine on our website or blog. These Google advertisements are from merchants that are advertising their products or services. Once a visitor to our blog or website clicks on such an advertisement on our blog or website, the merchant will pay Google a fee, in which we will get a cut of it from Google.

To run such income-generating advertisements on our blog or website, we firstly, sign up for a Google Adsense account, which can be done at:

https://www.google.com/adsense/login/en_GB

Next, we activate our account, and receive Google advertisements on our blog or website by copying and pasting AdSense ad codes onto our blog or web pages.

After all these are done, the next step will be to draw visitors (traffic) to our blog or website. Just as in a brick-and-mortar store that needs traffic so as to bring in the sales, so does our e-business (blog or website). There are many ways of building traffic, which are a large topic in themselves.
